We are creatures of habit. Everything we do forms part of a loop. Nonfiction entries on how to see the loops, understand the loops, break the loops, and change yourself.
Once you become aware of the four loops, you will start to notice them in everything. In your immediate circle of family and friends, casual acquaintances, and even in the background characters in your life. Most importantly though, you’ll see them clearly in yourself.
As painful as the moment was, there was an important message within it:
The universe doesn’t give you what you want, but it does offer what you need - if you know where to look.
The fear of the unknown strengthened the loop, and a mentality was carved into the minds of those that huddled together: ‘Everything is fine in the cave.’ And that was true.
For a time.
You might not want to be a world champion boxer, or one of the trinity of the worlds greatest comedians. It’s important to be realistic. However, everyone has something that eats away at them.
Think of your heroes, those you look up to, aspire to be like. You admire them for their achievements, specifically how they overcame adversity and succeeded.
